Engine Cleaner

Engine Cleaner lifts oil, grease and built-up grime off engines, machine and assembly parts and tools. What sets it apart is its creep behaviour — it works its way into the tight, shrouded areas of an engine bay that you can never get a brush onto, so the whole bay comes out clean instead of just the faces you can see. The formula is phosphate free and solvent free, and it is gentle enough that it will not stain or discolour air-conditioning lines, brake lines or similar components; it is compatible with metal, plastic and rubber.

Spray onto the cool engine, let it work, agitate the heavier deposits and rinse. Follow with a trim dressing if you want the plastic shrouds to come back dark rather than chalky. Sonax article number 05432000.
